• Animal byproducts: The ability to increase byproduct amount makes it unnecessary to own multiples of the same animal.
• Factory products: Build a dairy factory as soon as you can for an easy way to multiply your profit on dairy items.

How to obtain materials:

• Black lumber: Available at Log House with lv. 4 Westown link. Black branches can be fished up with high fishing rod level or found as forage in the crossroads starting year 2, or during hurricanes.
• Glittering stone: All mines in Westown. (Glittering stone is considered medium-low rarity. Refer to the Fogu page for more information on mining.) Also sometimes in Lotus's "Clean up" part-time jobs.
